Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations:

1) If an item on your order is being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of purchasing order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you can either cancel the unavailable item or cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

2) We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances

        a) In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us
        b) Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery
        c) Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of purchasing
        d) Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of placing the order.

 

3) All orders placed on Namma Online Shop can be canceled or rescheduled at any point in time before the delivery begins for you. Namma Online Shop shall have a right to charge you a cancellation fee of a minimum INR 50 up to the order value, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your subsequent order. In case of cancellations by Namma Online Shop, the cancellation charges shall not any cancellation fee.

Return Policy:

We have a return policy of 02 days from the time you receive the product.

After receiving the product, you have the above mentioned time to make a request for return. Requests made after the mentioned time will not be considered for return requests. Request made after the mentioned time will be considered as product accepted by the customer and hence return or refund will not be made.

Return procedure

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@nammaonlineshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation.

The products should be in the same condition as they were when delivered. Pick-ups shall be made for products once validated by the pickup person.

In the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product.

Buyer agrees that if the returned Product is not accepted by the Seller then Namma Online Shop, shall have the right to liquidate or sell those Products and give all the valid title, rights and interests including warranties and other collateral and benefits associated with those Products (as the Buyer would have received from the Seller) to any third party to whom those products are sold.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 03 hours) if the item is missing, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or promotional items.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account, within 4-7 working days.

Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund too. If you still have not received your refund even after 10 working days, please contact us at customerservice@nammaonlineshop.com

Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
